1. When remove the crystal light box, the operator must wear white cotton work gloves. 3.  Disconnect the plug and disconnect the power, then check the electrical original (Power Off); the inspection must be very careful. Such as the power cord into the hole, the ballast input output terminal wires on the lamp holder;

6, Check the upper power cord of light boxes go through the access slot in the power, if not, correct. It .
7, Plug the power , close the power switch and see if the lights are normal, if the side of the bright side is not bright phenomenon, disconnect power, unplug it and check the lamp holder wires, the lamp is loose is not in place; ballast input and output wires are loose..
8,  If the whole light boxes are not lit. Check the leakage protector is closed, the wire inside the plug for loose connections to the suppression of the converter input and output connectors are loose;
9, such as leakage protection together less than a power bit, check the power cord into the ballast and the lamp following Extension circuit such as whether the leakage;
10. If the light box are too is noisy, check the ballast is aging;
11, If light boxes appear bright and not bright phenomenon, please check the starter, whether the aging of each terminal, plug the lamp in place or aging.

Maintenance
1, the operator must wear white cotton work gloves.
2,Make sure the outer surface of light boxes clean one time every five days .

1)     wipe require cotton towels, toothpaste solution (toothpaste and a half box 5 liters of water), then wipe off the toothpaste with water solution;
2) polycarbonate panels wipe with a damp towel to prevent static electricity;
3) electrical parts with a hair brush, the total power cord with a dry towel;
4) The back frame, wipe with a dry towel;
5) the light guide plate wipe with detergent solution (scale 1: 1000);
6) the light guide plate requires a month cleaning time;

2)      
3, the lower mounting bolts of the light boxes should be wipe every 30 days ,in case of rust.
