The maximum width of the light guide plate can reach up to 1500mm, and its length can be 3000mm. While the thickness of light guide place is just 2mm . Actually the larger size, the thickness should also increase accordingly to ensure the brightness , and the effect of the light guide also get poor . However,the most thick light guide plate does not exceed 20 mm.

So which kind of light guide plate is higher in cost performance?

Seeing from the brightness, the brightness of the printed version and carving board can achieve the satisfaction of customers. However, due to the material formulation of printed plate,which not only has refraction for the light and also has high reflection effect While the trunking or recessed hole engraving plate just has a single refraction action.  

Therefore,if the carving guide plate can reach the same brightness effect as the printed plate, it need better quality materials and better technology.

Secondly,The production precess of engraving plate is more complicated than that of printing plate, it is more complicated and hard to be controlled.,what is more the efficiency of production is very low. Thus,the cost of engraving plate is much more than that of printing plates .
