The instruction of installation of cable hanging systems

Here ,we simply tell you the instruction as follows:

Firstly. As each unit of light panel has one piece of yellow page ,which is mainly protect the light panel from scratching and finger or duty ,so you should tear off the yellow page.

Secondly: For each set of light box ,we have stainless steel hardware, which is used to grip the side of these frames tightly,so that the light panel wouldn’t drop off the cable line.Of course ,each set of light panel has 4 cut-off ,which need to be installed 4 units of hardware ., install these two wire cable onto the ceiling and leave them down

Secondly: There are 8units of small bolt for each set of light box.. You can firstly use the “L ”shape metal tool to screw these 4 bolts into the stainless steel hardware. The small bolts are not only used to fasten the hardware but also it place the role of conduction between the light panel and the cable hanging line.

Thirdly: after you install the light panel well ,then lift it up between these two cable hanging line , put the cable hanging line into the hardware ,then the cable hanging line would be grasped by the light panel, so now the light panel can float in the air ,but it is not safe and stable.

Fourthly: since the light panel is just grasp by the wire hanging in the air ,but it is not stable .,dangerous . So we would also screw another 4 unit of bolts into the hardware ,then lock the hardware and wire hanging tightly. After this ,the light box are hanging between the wire hanging stably . Then like this ,one by one.

Lastly: Connect the adapt . Usually ,each set of cable hanging system would have one unit of adapt. Turn on the light ,then the whole light panel would be illuminated .

If you want to change the graphics ,for normal cable hanging system ,it is standoff style ,so you need to put down each light panel and unscrew the bolt . It may be troublesome and time-consumption . And also we have magnetic panel style . You don’t need to put down the light panel. Since the front panel is sandwiched by magnetic bolt onto the LGP ,so you just slide out the front panel ,then replace the poster ,graphics ,it just take seconds ,very easily and convenient .

 Usually, the wire hanging line can stand up to 100kgs ,but in consideration of safety and stability ,it would be advisable for us to hang 3 units ,4 units for each column ,of course 5 units are ok, but it is too heavy ,the circuit is not stable.

How much do you know the LGP of LED Light boxes?

Light guide panel is caled LPG by its short name, it is actually a specifal acrylic panel ,but can refract light very even.So LGP is one very import part of LED light boxes. By using these LGP ,the light tha is illuminated by these LED stripes can refracted very well ,no dark and no dot,so that your graphic or poster displayed in a modern way.

In order to refract the light illuminated by LED stipes ,we usually need to proceed with these LGP,that by adding round dot or rectangle grid,so that the light that illuminated by LED stripes installed on the two sides can be cotinually into the centre.

Basically ,there are two technique on these dot and grid.
One is silk scree grid ,which is not ordinary grid ,but the material of silk screen is actually one kind of illuminated oil ,so the light from led strips on two sides can be one row by one rwo ,to the cente. By this technique ,it is cheap way ,but as the silkpriting oil is chemetical material ,so as it is used ,the light that is conveyed or refracted into the center are worse and worse ,in the end ,there would be much dot or mark in the center . Or even the light on the whole led lightboxes would be very dark.
Due to this fact ,so now we are using another way ,that is laser dot.
As the name of word ,laser dot means cut many very small dot by laser engraved ,which is very great to refract the light from LED  stripes ,and also can greatly assure the light on everywhere is the same bright.  What’s more ,by laser dot,the brightness of led light would last for a very long time ,it wouldn’t get worse as time ,so much better than the technique of silk screen. But the cost of laser dot is much more than that of silk screen on the production and labor cost.

However ,more and more people prefer the LGP proceeded with laser dot than silk screen ,in the consideration of its  cost performance.

The difference between screw hanging system and magnetic panel hanging systems

LED Light boxes are actually one illuminated poster frames ,it upgrade from traditional poster frame ,but undoubtedly much more eye-catching and modern than ordinary poster frames displays.

As it is illuminated by LED strips ,the light can be changing in different color ,so they are extremely striking in evening or dark times. Due to its eco-friendly and energy saving,led light boxes are becoming more and more popular in our daily ,they are widely used in many places ,such as airport, metro, banks, hotel, restaurant, cafe, real estate ,,commercial centers, shopping malls and retail shop etc.

In all of led light box, wire cable hanging system should be the most popular one that we can see everywhere ,as they can be hanging from the ceiling ,windows, wall mounting .

According to its structure ,wire hanging system can be separated in two style. One is screw style hanging system, which is held together by standoff on four corners. And the other one is magnetic panel hanging system.

 

For the screw style hanging system ,it is old style ,it need us to unscrew the standoff when we want to replace the poster or graphics ,signs. And also ,if they are hanging in the ceiling or wall ,then we have to put down the whole light box, this may take some time to finish the work.

We can think magnetic front light box as its name. The lightbox come with a front panel ,which is sandwiched by magnetic sheet. So even the magnetic panel light box are hanging in window or ceiling ,you don’t need to put down the light box, you can directly change the signs by just taking away the front panel ,and then put on the front panel ,which would be sandwiched by the magnetic sheet on the LGP of this lightbox.

Usually ,magnetic panel hanging system have a silver or black border ,which is used to cover up the magnetic sheet on the light box. But generally ,magnetic panel light box make our work simple and also it look much nice on the appearance .However ,as it has magnetic sheet ,so the procedure of magnetic panel light box are a little more complex than screw cable hanging system, so its prices is also accordingly higher.
