For most of customers who buy the wire cable hanging system or install the led window displays,there may be some problem to how to install the cable hanging systems successfully.

As usual, we would send all of accessoies in the packaging ,including wire cable,fittings,clasp and different standard adpat. In case any one is missing ,we usually send 1 or 2 more for spare.

As we can see ,the standoff is used to hold the acrylic panel tightly,whic need to be unsrew when you want to change the graphics,
For other metal accessorieds ,they are used to hang the acrylic pockets on the wire cable ,the clasp are used to hold the acrylic pockets on the wire cale in placement,also the led light panel are conductive by this clasp.

You may notice there is a  black short wire line (about 15cm long),which is used to connect the adapt with the led light panel.  Its interface is connected with the adapt and the other connect is connected with your led light panel

When you install the whole wire cable hanging system ,then you can connect with power supply and see if it is lighted . Sometimes ,it may be not lighted ,you can shake lightly the wire cable hanging system ,maybe some connector is not connected well. Please note, you must make sure every connector is connected well ,so that this cable hanging systems can be conducted well .

The installation of wire cable displays

Many friends don’t know how to install the wire cable hanging system when they buy the led light panel.
So here ,we simply tell about the installation of such wire cable hanging systems as follows:

Firstly, when you get the light panel,you would notice there is one piece of yellow page,which is used to protect the light panel you should pull apart the yellow page ,which is used to protect the light panel ,in case it is scratch.
Secondly, as you can see ,the light panel is mark “+” and “-” ,which means positive pole and negative pole, so that you can connected the power supply correctly

Thirdly, you would see there are 4 small screw ,which need to installed on the clamp ,

Forthly: please put the clamp on the two sided of light panel,so that your paper are held tightly in the light panel .But when you insert the clamp onto the opening of light panel,pls be sure to the small srew to touch the iron circle ,so that the light panel would be connected with your circuit well .

How to change the poster quickly and easily on the cable hanging systems?

Basically, the cable hanging systems have 4 satin chrom hardware to fix the panel in placement.
By this way ,your poster or graphics are fastened  behind the front panel tightly ,but when you want to change the graphics ,then we need to unscrew the standoff on the 4 corners ,so that take away the front panel and then replace your new graphics or signage .

This kind of tradition led light panel need some time and tool to change the paper,it is not so liked by all of people .

So people design a magnetic front panel led light panel,whose front panel are sandwiched on this led light displays. Just this following magnetic front cable hanging systems:

As you can see ,when you want to change the paper, just slide the front panel ,then put your paper into it ,then cover the front panel ,just 1 minuter ,you can finish the replacement of new pictures. Due to this design ,such magnetic front panel light pockets are a little more expensive than that ordinary led light pockets.

Actually ,beside this magnetic front panel led light panel ,we can make a opening on the ordinary standoff led light panel, we usually call this opening as Pocket.
Although this ordinary cable hanging systems have 4 standoff to fix the front panel , as there is a pockets in the middle ,so when you change the paper, you can directly take the paper front the pockets ,and also you can directly insert the paper into the led light pocket from this opening ,it is very convenent ,but may not so nice as magnetic front panel led light panel.

Why your wire cable hanging systems can’t be lighted?

Wire cable hanging systems are a great way to stand our our signage or graphics ,so they are widely used in real estate agencies, chain store ,retail store ,hotel ,shopping mall etc.

The cable hanging systems usually can be hung 1 units ,2 units ,3 units ,4 units or 5 units for each columns,just depend on your specific needs ,we would leave the different length for the wire cable for you ,so that you can hang the led display well.

Some customers are very curious about why the wire cable hanging systems can’ t be lighted when they install the led window displays well .
Usually ,when such case happen ,they are several points that you need to check:
<1> Firstly ,you should assure the negative pole and positve pole are connected well ,the positive pole are usually marked  as “+” ,and the negative pole are marked as “_”, you can find that mark every light panel .
<2> Secondly ,pls be sure to check whether the skin of wire cable are  worn out ,so that the metal part can be connected with wire cable well,or it can’t be conductive .
<3> You may find there is a very small iron screw in the clamp,which is used to touch the wire cable in the clamp. Many customers may ignore that and after you check all of other possible problem ,you should pay special attention to this part. MUST ASSURE THIS SMALL SCREW CAN CONDUCT THE WIRE CABLE ,or the led display can’ t be lighted  normally .

How to install restaurant light boxes?

The restaurantlight boxes are usually consist of several part ,it include 2 unit of aluminum bar ,front panel ,LGP(light guide panel) .

As the menu display systems are usually have several graphics ,which thus caused the whole menu display systems are large ,and very hard to be delivered on transportation,it is also not safe to ship the whole menu display system ,as it is too heavy and large ,so very easy to be damaged .

In order to assure goods can reach customer’s hands ,we usually pack these menu light boxes separately.

But it may take some time to install the whole menu display system when they reach you .

The following are the instruction that guide you to install the menu display systems:

 

Firstly, you can notice the electricity wire are hidden into the aluminum bar ,so you need to slide away the aluminum cover slowly ,and then the aluminum bar can be separately well .

Secondly ,you can notice there are 5 screw hole on the LGP(light guide panel),and please fix the LGP onto the aluminum bar , As there are 2 units of aluminum bar ,so you need to do that for the two side

The yellow page on the LGP is just used to protect the panel ,so that it is not scratched,so you don’t need to tear out it necessary .

Thirdly: When the LGP are fixed onto the two aluminum bar ,then put the front panel directly onto the LGP. As the LGP has magnetic bolt ,so once you place the thin front panel onto the LGP it would be sandwiched by magnetic .

And when you change the paper ,you can also slide the front panel ,very easy and convenient .

Fourth: As the LGP are between the two aluminum bar ,the two aluminum bar consist into the whole circuit,so the electricity wire have to go through the LGP.
In order make it is look nice ,we can go the electricity wire from the side of LGP and then cover it with tape, also we can do that for the screw hole .

Fifth ,We should not forget to cover the aluminium bar on the side face. and then screw it. Just as this pictures

Lastly but not leastly: after we install the whole menu display system ,then the last one is to slide the aluminum cover into the aluminum bar ,,then it should look like so
